STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") apply to all products and services provided by Navrang Print. By placing an order with us, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Any terms and conditions submitted by the customer shall not apply unless expressly accepted in writing by Navrang Print. These Terms shall prevail over any other terms proposed by the customer.
2. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance by Navrang Print. Orders will be processed after successful payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Custom or personalized orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has started.
3. Custom Products
All canvas prints and personalized products are manufactured according to the customer's specifications. Therefore, custom-made products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced by Navrang Print.
4. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing accurate images, artwork, text, dimensions, shipping details, and other order information. Navrang Print shall not be responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
5. Image & Print Quality
Customers are advised to upload high-resolution images for the best printing results. The final print quality depends on the quality of the uploaded image. Low-resolution, blurry, or pixelated images may result in lower print quality and will not be considered a manufacturing defect.
Navrang Print uses premium-quality materials and professional printing technology. If any manufacturing defect, printing error, or production-related issue is found, Navrang Print will provide a replacement after verification.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Navrang Print is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
7. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To claim any damage, missing item, or incorrect product, the customer must record a continuous, unedited video while opening the package from the sealed condition until the product is fully visible. Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video will not be accepted.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Products
Any claim regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photographs and the mandatory unboxing video. After verification, Navrang Print will arrange a replacement if the claim is found to be genuine.
9. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Since all products are custom-made, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted except where the product has a verified manufacturing defect, printing error, or shipping damage covered under these Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
Navrang Print's liability shall be limited solely to replacing the defective product or refunding the amount paid for the affected order. Under no circumstances shall Navrang Print be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Intellectual Property
The customer confirms that they own or have permission to use all images, logos, artwork, and content submitted for printing. Navrang Print shall not be responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-provided content.
12. Force Majeure
Navrang Print shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics, transportation disruptions, or technical failures.
13. Privacy
Customer information will be used only for order processing, shipping, and customer support. Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required for order fulfillment or by law.
14. Amendments
Navrang Print reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on our website shall apply to all future orders.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
